What is coaching?
The International Coach Federation defines coaching as, “partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” The coach-client relationship is a partnership. We work together and propel you towards your goals.
What is Spiritual Coaching?
Spiritual Coaching is the same as general Life Coaching, but adds the ability to explore topics with a Spiritual lens, looking for deeper meaning.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a multifaceted practice that originated in ancient India. While many people associate it primarily with physical postures (asanas), it’s actually a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.
The word “yoga” itself comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj,” meaning “to yoke” or “to unite.” This aptly reflects the core aim of yoga, which is to cultivate a sense of wholeness and integration within oneself.
Ms. King is a highly skilled Life Coach. In one conversation she has given me much to think about. My mind is blown! She was kind and made me feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to work with her again!

From the Mat to Your Life: What does it mean to have a yoga mindset? (In brief!)
I was editing my website, adding the tagline, “Find Your Inner Light: Life Coaching, Personal Growth with a Yoga Mindset.” As I typed it out, it immediately reminded me of a question that I’ve heard many times, “What does it mean to have a “yoga mindset.” Sometimes I forget that people don’t really know what Read more
